About
About
Bidaleel (بالدليل, “with evidence”) is an Instagram account and blog that explains new studies and discoveries in health, science and AI in plain words, mainly in Arabic: every claim with its source, and its limits stated plainly.
Follow
Every day we read study news from journals and reliable sources, and pick what matters to Arabic readers.
Go to the source
We don’t stop at the headline: we read the study’s own abstract and note its design, sample and duration.
Write
AI helps us draft each post from the source text only; we keep the sentences we relied on and check the numbers automatically.
Review and publish
We review every post ourselves before it goes out, and always add “But keep in mind”: what the study can’t prove.
How we rate evidence
Not every study is equally strong. Each post gets a five-step meter based on the type of study, not on how exciting the result is.
- Opinion or anecdote
Expert opinion, anecdote or a single case: it can raise a question, but proves nothing.
- Cells or animals
Studies in cells or animals: useful to understand how, but results may not hold in people.
- Observational studies
Observational studies that follow people: they show a link, not that one thing causes the other.
- Clinical trial
A randomized clinical trial: it compares groups of people, and comes close to showing cause.
- Review of clinical trials
A systematic review of several clinical trials: the strongest evidence science can offer.
Example: a review that pools observational studies stays at level 3, because its strength comes from the kind of studies it pools.
Our rules
- No invented numbers or results: every number comes from its source, and the sources are listed in every article.
- We separate links from causes, and say clearly when a study was done in animals or cells.
- No doses and no treatment advice; we never tell anyone to start or stop a medicine. Our content is for education and does not replace a doctor.
- No paid content and no affiliate links.
